You can subscribe to new accommodations in several ways.
-Facebook-
Just click the like button and all the new accommodations will shown up in your News Feed on facebook. Make sure to also visit myplejs on facebook.
-Google Reader-
Maybe the best subscribe tool there is. You need to have a Google account.
-Mobile-
We recommend to first add the subscription to Google Reader. Then you can either go to Google Reader on your mobile using either googles Mobile App or go directly to http://www.google.com/reader/i/
For iPhone we can really recommend Byline to read your Google Reader subscription.
My name is Johan Eriksson, and along with my girlfriend Maria Svensson, I am looking for an apartment in inner-city Stockholm. We are 32 and 30 years old, respectively.
I work as a truck driver at IKEA's warehouse. In my spare time, I play football in a fourth-division team. My girlfriend is a copywriter at and part-owner of an advertising agency at Mariatorget. It is her company, Reklam AB, that will be the signatory to the contract. She also arranges evening courses in yoga, her great passion. People would probably describe us as nice and easy-going.
We presently live in a two-room apartment in Vasastan, and enjoy it tremendously, but as the contract expires in two months, we are looking for a new apartment. We would prefer a period of lease of at least a year, but may consider a six-month lease. The apartment must be unfurnished, as we bring with us a lot of furniture.
We can provide references from our previous landlords, and we naturally do not have any payment defaults.
We do not mind attending prospective viewings on short notice. We are most easily contacted by mail.
