3. Book viewing
To help us find an accommodation that fits your needs, make use of the opportunity to book a viewing.It's simple! Login and click on the 'Book viewing' link. You find it both to the right in the list and under the title 'Interested?' in each ad.
4. Visning
As soon as we know what accommodation that you like, we will contact you to book a viewing. Remember that we are also dependent on when the landlord can show the place.5. The lease contract
The contract of lease is normally signed at our office in Gamla Stan. Together with the contract you will also get an invoice for the providers feeThe contract is signed by you and the landlord. But we help you of course before, during and after the contract has been signed.
6. Payment
Providers feeIs paid at our office or within ten days.
Rent and deposit
Is paid well in time before moving in and then every month on the date agreed by you and the landlord. This is also stated in the contract.
7. Move in
